Student Homelessness Initiative Partnership (SHIP): Case Management

SHIP provides case management for high school students experiencing homelessness and those who are unaccompanied by parents/guardians.

Through its New Horizons program, SHIP provides case management for high school students experiencing homelessness and those who are unaccompanied by parents/guardians. Services include therapeutic mentoring, life skills development, tangible support and resources for programs such as driver's education, and summer programming for credit recovery. Services will begin expansion into identified middle schools starting fall 2025.
