This project aims to empower Latinx youth and families, addressing the root causes of behavioral health disparities, improving access to services and building a supportive community.

This project aims to empower Latinx youth and families, addressing the root causes of behavioral health disparities, improving access to services and building a supportive community. It focuses on Hillcrest and Lincoln Elementary Schools. Each school will hold two 14-week after school group sessions twice per week, once in the fall and once in the spring, serving approximately 20 students per group. Middle and high school students will be chosen to serve as peer mentors.
