Find the Good: Look for the good things in every situation. It can make you feel better.
Activity: Each day, draw or write down three things that made you smile. Keep these in a special book to look at whenever you need a mood boost.
Gratitude List: Write down or draw pictures of three things you like every day. Focusing on the positives helps you stay happy.
Activity: Create a “gratitude tree” on your wall. Add a leaf with something you’re grateful for each day.
Set Goals
Small Steps: Break your big goals into small, easy steps. Achieving small goals can boost your confidence.
Activity: Draw a path with stepping stones on a piece of paper. Write each step of your goal on a stone and color them in as you achieve them.
Celebrate: Give yourself a high-five or treat when you achieve a step! Celebrating your progress makes you feel proud and motivated.
Activity: Make a celebration box with little treats or fun stickers. Each time you achieve a goal, pick something from the box.

Talk to Friends: Share your feelings with friends and family. They can help you feel better.
