Gratitude Journal: Write down three things you’re grateful for each day. Reflecting on the good things in your life can improve your mood and outlook.
Activity: Decorate your gratitude journal with stickers and drawings to make it more personal and fun.
Set Realistic Goals
Break It Down: Break big goals into smaller, manageable steps. This makes them less overwhelming and easier to achieve.
